To Pay by Credit Card or with PayPal: To order items from our website using your major credit card or PayPal, simply use the shopping cart program built into the various catalog pages. Click on the underlined price, and the item will appear in your virtual shopping cart. All credit card and PayPal purchases are processed and supplied through CCNow, our authorized online retailer. To Pay by Check or Money Order: To purchase items from our website using a personal check or money order, simply email us a list of items that you wish to purchase. We will email you back with a total price (including postage & handling & PA sales tax, if appropriate... see below). You can then mail a copy of our email message to us along with your payment. Pennsylvania Sales Tax: There is no sales tax on credit card purchases made through our website, or on check or money order purchases shipped to non-Pennsylvania addresses.

Shipping & Handing Rates: To keep our shipping costs as low as possible we usually send packages via US parcel post. Please allow up to two-weeks for delivery (although it usually doesn't take that long). If you need quicker service, please email us, and we'll work something out.
When possible small orders will be shipped via US Priority in their standard pre-paid boxes. This will only be done if it is less expensive to send it Priority than Parcel Post. Of course, this will be done only for orders that fit in the boxes.... big items and larger orders will be shipped via US Parcel Post as described above.
Orders containing only Books and CDs can be shipped via US Media Mail to anywhere in the U.S. for only $2.75. To select this option, choose "Region = United States" when choosing a shipping destination from the shopping cart program. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
Our shipping & handling fees for other items are calculated using a Regional Rate Plan based on the cost of the order and shipping destination.

Returns: We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase only if the item is in the original condition. We will also refund the original shipping and handlng fee, but will not refund the return shipping cost (from you back to us).
Paper Catalogs: Because our products change so often, and because our distributors change prices more than once a year, we have decided to discontinue our paper catalog. Unfortunately, there are some "folks" (substitute your favorite expletive) out there that are using our domain name (delta-blues.com) as a return address on their SPAM. We have reported this abuse to the Internet SPAM cops, but , unfortunately, there is currently no way to stop them. Special Orders: If you are looking for beer kits, wine kits, books or equipment that you can't find on our website, please let us know. Here is a link to the catalog of our primary supplier (LD Carlson Company). If you can find it in their Public Catalog, we can get it for you within a few days, all you have to do is email the product name and catalog number to us using this link: catalog@delta-blues.com. We will email you with the price. If you decide that you want to place an order, we will add a temporary line item to our on-line catalog so that you can purchase the item(s) with your credit card. Who is Delta Blue?: The fictional character, Delta Blue, is inspired by my wife, who shares my passion for the Blues...
but who (unfortunately) also shares my musical prowess... neither one of us can play a note or carry a tune... oh well...
